At our practice, we have found that the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) is an incredibly effective approach for helping our clients overcome complex traumas and attachment wounds. By working closely with our clients to understand their unique experiences and needs, we are able to facilitate a healing process that promotes growth, self-awareness, and long-term emotional wellbeing. The NARM approach is grounded in the latest research on the brain-body connection and the role of emotions in shaping our experiences and behaviors. Through this model, our clients are able to gain a deeper understanding of their past experiences, as well as the patterns of thought and behavior that is standing in the way. By utilizing the NARM approach, we are able to help our clients tap into their own inner resources and achieve greater levels of emotional resilience and self-awareness.


The Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) has been widely recognized for its ability to help individuals create new, positive narratives about their past experiences, which opens up the pathway towards a healthier future. The beauty of EMDR therapy lies in its unique approach, which involves helping clients confront their traumatic experiences head-on. Through a series of techniques like visualizations, eye movements, and other forms of stimulation, clients can process their emotions in a safe and supportive environment. This allows them to break free from the cycle of negative thinking that often accompanies trauma and move towards a place of growth and healing.

The Internal Family Systems Model

The Internal Family Systems Model (IFS) is a highly effective and widely utilized therapeutic approach that has been extensively researched and developed by Richard C. Schwartz since the 1980s. This integrative method combines the principles of systems thinking with the understanding that the human mind is comprised of a complex network of subpersonalities, each with their own distinct perspective, strengths, and challenges. Through the use of IFS techniques, individuals are able to better understand the various parts of themselves, and work towards healing and integrating these disparate aspects into a cohesive whole. By exploring the inner workings of the mind and cultivating greater self-awareness, individuals are able to develop a greater sense of inner peace, self-acceptance, and emotional well-being.

Felt Sense Polyvagal Model

The Felt Sense Polyvagal Model is a revolutionary approach to understanding the relationship between the mind and body. Instead of relying solely on cognitive processes, this method encourages individuals to tune into their bodily sensations to better regulate their emotions and build resilience.
